Manishji full marks for your mutton recipe and processing. You remind me of my father who was an ultimate non veg cook. Unfortunately it is only my brother who picked up the talent from him. I only learnt the eating part. How was the mirchi level. Hope it was not a little more. Try your hand on Parsinde curry and also Kofte (Kababs) curry. Good Luck.

मनीष जी बनाया तो एक विशेषज्ञ की तरह, पर बहुत देर हो गयी। आजकल रात देर तक उठना और सुबह देर तक सोना एक चलन बन गया है। खैर पानी तो आ गया मुह में। दीखने में बहुत सुंदर है। मटन बनाने का अपना आनंद है। कुल मिलाकर बहुत अच्छा लगा। आप लोग बहुत शौकीन किस्म के लोग हैं हर काम मन लगा कर करते हैं। पर मनीष जी रोटी तो मैडम की ज्यादा सुंदर लगी। आप नाराज मत होना। अगली वीडियो का इन्तजार है। शुभ कामनाएँ।

कभी मटन सागा प्याज़ा बनाये बहोत टेस्टी बनेगा सागा प्याज़ा मतलब, मटन को हरे सागा प्याज़ में बनाइये, लेकिन उसमें hlf कप से ज्यादा पानी use ना करेँ। यकीन मानिए आप उंगली चाटते रह जाएंगे😊👍

I stay in Kolkata but was born and brought up in Bihar, इसीलिए words like kalchhul, karuwa tel, gabarna, lar tapakna, gabar gabar khana etc was music to the ears!! 😀😂👍👍👌👌 Padosan ko bhi midnight Mutton खाने का मज़ा आया होगा. 😃😀🤣 अगली बार लिट्टी - चोखा try करना भाई Manish - - goitha wala toh nahin ho payega but gas mein hi sahi.
