In either case, the chance of finding/hitting has to factor more toward row. Total stroke of luck to pop a good on randoms.. but you have done it.

I like whatever you do AR, but the row or random is probably the most interesting thing that you do. Shows us what to do or not to do, even though it not going to turn out the same way every time. I personally appreciate the information and I hope that everyone else does also. Keep up the great work participation dad!

How many second chance tickets do you win on - what are the odds ? Do they differ from ‘normal’ winning odds ?

I've won a bunch lately. Odds can only be determined after the drawings by submitting a freedom of information act request to see how many people submitted their tickets/how many total entries there was, and then seeing how many prizes there are. From there, you have to do the math.
