Hello mr bean the most adorable clever brits comedian whom speaks and act with logical physically. I think they were curious of what was the church attitude is why was need to be married only if the church given them a permit to do so. And you as a priest they want to know how to please you so you can tell them what exactly the attitude of the Church. But your wedding fascinating comedy show has been spell it out in some point of view if they are smart they may get it what the church attitude is exactly about.
