correct, and I noticed (in one interview) that he (kind of) stutters a little bit - sometimes. That'd be an explanation for his Mr. Bean not talking. (Well, Mr. Bean is talking a little bit all the time, if you carefully listen to him.)

Mr. Bean does speak on rate occasions, and most of Rowan Atkinson's career took place before Mr. Bean. Remembering all 4 series of Blackadder came and went before 1990.

This was just so incredibly amazing! Rowan has been my favorite since I was 10 years old! Someday I hope I get to meet him it would mean a lot to me. We all should be thankful for Rowan & his incredibly amazing work & what he does to bring a smile to everyone's face no matter what happens. I have a learning disability & I may not understand at first but I just love how Rowan brings a smile to my face when I'm feeling sad it really means so much to me & I would like to tell Rowan thank you for all the laughs since I was 10 years old. Much love & big hugs to you Rowan! 😘💙

@@ascshsvdigss8459 It's a different kind of humour :) Mr Bean is all slapstick, Blackadder is more highbrow and historical. I love them both, but my parents raised me on Blackadder so it'll always be number 1 for me :)

Rowan is an iconic artist that has given comedy so much. His humour is so articulate and Blackadder Goes Forth was superb albeit that the final episode has a more serious undercurrent tone to it and one that we can all relate to considering those that gave their lives in World War one. I've always enjoyed Rowan's characters throughout his career - he's simply brilliant and one of the best contributors to comedy / satire. :-)

A true master of his craft, and a man who knows his way around an Austin Morris engine so I hear. I see an intensity in his gaze which I can really identify with. Some are scared by intensity, and others are attracted to it. My dream dinner guest. Anytime you are in France Mr Atkinson, the Milky Bars are on me. 🏆

Absolutely LOVE Rowen Atkinson as an actor,I remember the first time I was watching the black adder and he came on stage sporting a black str---n ,though I was going to pass out laughing! That did it for me,I was totally hooked! Then theirs Mr Bean's Holiday,have to say,that's probably my favorite MR Bean movie! Just so many great scenes in this movie,really hard to pick a favorite! Love the resteraunt scene were he's eating the seafood,just the manorisms and facial expressions send me into absolute hysterical laughter! Then of course the scene when he gets picked up by the hottie in the Mini Cooper,and ends up dressing as an old lady with a hand drawn pass to get into the film Festival,absolutely hysterical! Hope these colorful anditotes bring back laughter and a 😃 to your faces!
