Good, but that Roxsil AAC adhesive method of application needs an upgrade from a bag to a tube like the Silicon Sealant Gun.

Why are you using ashesive it should be 10 mm motar joint in the block and there is no joining and pointing in the blocks iam a trained qualified brick layer from England
