The Airbus 330 Mrtt can be ordered with a various set of interiors, such as seats like this one, but also hospital beds, cargo space etc and be divided up in various sections like that.

Recently, South Korean Air Force (ROKAF) received their brand new 4 MRTTs few months ago. Nice video though.

Engines look way low on the ground, what are the parts under the outside of the wing. Like bombs

That's nothing. The KC135R has way lower cleareance between the ground and its engines and is fine. The pods under each wings hold a retractable fuel Line with a drogue for aircrafts who use the probe and drogue refueling method which is the common method used outside the USAF.

you didn't give us any info at all on any of the features of this aircraft - it's plastered in add ons and I have little clue what any of them do... you had one job man... get us the bladdy details!!
