4 жыл бұрынThe McDonnell Douglas A-4G Skyhawk is a variant of the Douglas A-4 Skyhawk attack aircraft developed for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). The model was based on the A-4F variant of the Skyhawk, and was fitted with slightly different avionics as well as the capacity to operate AIM-9 Sidewinder air-to-air missiles. The RAN received ten A-4Gs in 1967 and another ten in 1971, and operated the type from 1967 to 1984.

Wide Bay Training Area 1976. I was Coy Sig in the middle of Infantry Coy extended order crossing a 100 acre open area, with all eyes on the distant tree line forward. Two of these things came from BEHIND us at zero feet, scared the shit out of us and were gone before we hit the ground.. Exercise Umpire radioed up and said we'd just been 'strafed' and were now mostly WIA or KIA.

Seriously poor editing here!..Saying "Clear deck!" when the approach is anything but..They kept changing flight deck land on pattern from old British to modern American while trying to make us believe it's the same aircraft landing on!..Old sailors spot the nonsense immediatly, so why do it?
