BASIC CHECK LIST
Engine oil: Change it.
Oil filter & strainer: Change it.
Check all cables (Accelerator, clutch brake)
check spark plug - clean/ replace it
check tappet settings - set them right to get proper valve clearance (do not over tight them!)
Check primary chain condition and tension (older standard bullets not UCE engine)
Check main chain and sprocket. Tighten it accordingly. Replace if worn out.
Check tires for uneven wear. If found evidence of uneven wear then check the bearings and other handling/ suspension components and get it fixed.
Battery: Check for water in the battery and voltage output.
Brakes: Check and replace brake pads (disc brakes) and brake shoes (drum brakes)
Check carb - clean jets, check sliders, check float, check carb to engine seal etc.)
Check clutch cover gasket (left side) as well as cam + timing cover gaskets (right side)
Check all lights, bulbs and indicators
Check clutch plates: Replace if worn out

bro i am using thunderbird 350 .from 1year onwards i didn't used my bike. after in today morning i started my bike that was not starting. so cleaned the carburetor and air filter and also the spark plugs and again started my bike that was not started. and checked the spark pulg voltage and it getting 12v but from ignition coil the high voltage was not coming and also check ignition coil of primary coil and secondary coil ohm its ok ..and also i checked my ignition coil in another bike in that the high voltage is coming .plse give a solution to my problem and one thing bro i checked my engine oil there is on engine oil in bike is there any connection to get a high voltage for ignition coil...

Brother meri bullet electra hai 2017 model last 3...4dinbaarish huyi bohot uske baad bike 2 problems de rhi 1) start hojaa rhi but accleration dene se band hojaa rhi. 2) Front brakes se awaz aarhi nd break nai lagg rhi properly plz reply @ Bulletguru

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that a paper element element air filter which should not be cleaned with water? And only to be replaced when required. That what I read in the Service Manual. Thank you.

Thanks for your doubt brother, bhut acha way deliver bhi kiya, brother thoda bhut wrong ho ap bcoz pactically jab ap air filter ko dekhoge to uska material cardboard material type hai & thinkness bhi achi h & properly tight seal bhi hai to agar apko use reuse karna h to wash kar sakte ho usse pura dust cleaning ho jaega without any damage, paper material h but hard h brother so u can re use it, just wash ke baad usse dry hone ke liye dhup m rakhna or Service manual m SOP(Standard operating procedure ) follow hota hai jiska practical se puri tarah se lena dena nahi hota h and trust me wet cleaning best process h air filter ko clean karne ka

bhai ji maine aj apni bullet classic 350 ki service kr li lekkn ek chota sa issue ho gaya ha, mai shayad 12mm drain bolt ka washer lagana bhool gya. Aur ab oil fill kr chuka hu, to kya ab mai bina oil drain kre washer dal sakta hu

Bro i want your advice regarding bend pipe...... Mere pass gunmetal grey hai so mujhe usmein bend pipe ki jo filter jaali hain wo nikalna hai... So wo jaali nikalne se kuch problem toh nhi aayegi na bike pe.. Engine ya average pe effect toh nhi pdta na uska??

Bhai ek query hai bahut time se, Oil change 3-4k kms pe change karna hota hai but ager bike jyada chali nahi hai aur bahot din ho gaye hai jaise 10 months aur bike sirf 2k kms chali hai to kya karna hai
