Nice review. I've had my Meteor Stellar for around 4-5 weeks and love it. In the UK, I am lucky to live near the open countryside where this bike is very well suited. look forward to your future updates.

I'm 64, I've had bikes since I was 15, I bought one of these last week, it's coming in January hopefully. I loved the test ride I had. I was originally in the dealership for a 650 interceptor but I noticed the 350 in the corner. Love at first sight. Thanks for the great review.

The back rest is a good place to put your helmet if you put a locking cable through the D ring. Great video.

I am owning Meteor from last 6 months I will recommend you not replace your backrest with grabreel. because initial torque is quite Powerful while you pull you bike your pillon can feel falling behind. just do some hack push your backrest little back side. In india lot of people did this hack. 👍

I've never experienced long, heavy traffic. On extended stoplights, some heat can be felt but not a concern.

Great review! I am also a mew rider and just logged 1500km on my xsr 155. Though I'm still enjoying my bike, I am planning to get a higher displace,ent bike since the xsr's power is wanting. Don't get me wrong but the xsr is one hell of a bike but I want to upgrade soon and I am considering the RE Meteor as my upgrade. Thanks for the honest insights.

Gerald, great video !! Great to hear from an actual owner of the Meteor. I have heard plenty of good things about them. What do you think of the heel shifter ? Have you driven at freeway speeds ? How did it handle ? Dave

Unfortunately, bikes below 400cc are not allowed on "expressways" here. As for the heel shifter, really convenient and smooth! This bike has a feet forward seating position so using the heel to shift is not awkward at all.

I cant decide between Meteor 350 and the newly released Benelli Imperiale 400. I want the Imperiale for its Expressway access but Im hesitant because of Benelli’s service centers are so few. I like the Meteor 350 because of its premium look and build but Im a bit hesitant because its only 350cc.

Better if you get a 400cc, so that you have access to all the roads. You can also check out the RE Scram 411.

You should be able to roll the handlebars back to improve comfort (do not forget to re-adjust cables and check that all wires etc. are not snagging). Good review

Don't be too quick to remove the backrest. Your opinion could change. It's a big plus for a passenger.

Those were my same choices. But to be completely honest, if I can go back in time, I'd choose fireball red or yellow.

I am unsure about the R&D that goes into Bristol bikes. The Meteor on the other hand had a lot of R&D resources (time, effort and money), and that short of guarantees performance and more importantly safety. Thanks for your comment!

Hi Edward, I'm assuming you're a new rider? Choosing a helmet depends on a lot of factors like type (half face or full face), budget and fit to name a few. Motoworld is a good place to start because of their good selection of authentic helmets and they allow fitting which is important. You can do a quick search on their many branches. Good luck!

In the Philippines it's not a top seller but it's popular for those who prefer classic bikes. I think the twins are one of the best sellers in the UK.

After two long and complicated TKR (Total Knee Replacements) two in Stockholm, Sweden and two here in Bangkok, THAILAND.
