The Wildcats tested out their new "lethal claws" - Martlet and Sea Venom missiles - in Exercise Tamber Shield off the wild coast of Norway.
They played cat and mouse in the fjords alongside Norway's secretive Skjold-class corvettes as part of the joint exercise to defend the High North from Russian aggression.
The topography of the region, with its deep and narrow inlets, offers fast-attack craft the perfect hiding place.

I'm sure many people watching this already know the History of the name of Wildcat and Martlet from WW2. These were the names given to the Grumman F4F fighters used by the FAA.

FAA= fleet air arm the air branch of the Royal Navy. Wildcat = an American propeller plane that was used by the UK in WW2 that was called the Martlet in UK service

It’s based on the Lynx airframe but it is a vastly upgraded and improved platform than the Lynx.

That’s what you need to ask parliament to do. I would suggest a better idea would be actually increasing the capacity of the ability to deal with asylum requests. Aim for 2 weeks from day of arrival. 4 weeks for complicated cases. If the person wants to contest the decision they can do it from the many safe countries they traveled through before arriving in the U.K. get them in and out again. Those that have genuine skills the U.K. needs and ability to support themselves can stay. All others try somewhere else.

Im guessing at the same time we have boats doing the same thing in Scotland ? or does our nation have tech that can detect and the Norwegians dont ? Good neighbours but I am sick of our lads and equipment being used abroad when they should be defending our sovereignty . The Empire is over . And its over for a reason . Let them all defend themselves then in hour of need ask .We will be there . Maybe patrol the south coast of England cause immigrant levels have became too much . sink a vessel and then it sends a message out . No more invasion . the lads are deployed in the wrong places .
