The Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada is filled with over 130,000 dinosaur fossil specimens, and is famous around the world for its amazing exhibits and dioramas. If you have a passion for dinosaurs, you need to visit this museum!

You should definitely go - the whole Drumheller valley is filled with dinosaur stuff! I have a couple other videos on my channel about dinosaur-themed stuff to do in Drumheller, and will be doing a few more this summer!

I usually love museums. Sometimes when I'm travelling there's too much to see and do and then I avoid the museums, but generally I love them!

The Cretaceous Garden is my favourite place in the museum - other than the mammoth. The way the garden smells is so refreshing!

I like that the lab is open - it never used to be when I was a kid growing up. But for little ones who dream of being palaeontologists, it is a really great opportunity for them to see what it is all about! :)

This was awesome, made me feel like I was in a Jurassic Park tour. Loved the voice over. This was such a cool place. If I am ever close to Alberta, I will definitely check this place out.

There's lots of other cool stuff in Alberta, like the Rocky Mountains. Banff & Jasper national parks. And a freakin shit load of lakes with awsome fishing.

Got my tour of the Royal Tyrrell Museum in 1992. Fantastic! Mom used to take into the badlands of Alberta when I was a kid in the 1960's been facinated with diosaurs ever since.

It's definitely dinosaur-central around the Drumheller area. Probably even more so since 1992 as they've added a ton more for families to do. :)

It underwent a huge renovation about 10 or 12 years ago and they changed it all around.

It's a really well done museum. They've changed it a lot over the years, but it's always been fun. I once slept overnight there, and that was super cool! :)

Have taken my kids to Alberta when we lived in Sask but now being in Mtl will be a bit harder but hope to get back soon and would love to take them here. I've seen info about if but yours was amazing! Honestly, I think your best video I've seen yet! I grew up in this area - I even got to have a sleepover in the museum once when I was little (very creepy, by the way). It is always fun to go home and visit! :)

I slept over there as a kid, and it was awesome. They put me in the room with the underwater dinosaurs, so I had fossils swimming over me while I slept. It was creepy but cool!

My favourite is the Chicago Field Museum, but when I go there I get trap reading every single little sign. So my family doesnt enjoy that lol. This one looks like a ton of fun. Take care.

Ha ha - that's hilarious! I can be like that too, depending on the topic. Anything having to do with ancient civilizations, or European monarchy - that gets me reading too! I have never been to the Chicago Field Museum. Sounds interesting!

It's absolutely great. If people dont go there to read and learn then why go? I'd tell them to carry on without me. Their native american collection is fascinating.

Very neat museum. Our guys love dinosaurs. For a while our oldest daughter wanted to be a paleontologist. Now a parody writer:) Liked and subscribed. We hope you get a chance to check out our family friendly channel. We have 8 kids:)
