I still think reservations for cruise shows is ridiculous. I don't understand why first come first served no longer works.

I get what you're saying. But making reservations is, in effect, the same thing as first come first served. Just a different way of doing it. I fought it at first - but I'm okay with it now. 😊

Why ? The elevators are dramatically better than any other RC ship. The new system works great.

Did I understand that the "Express" app completion can't be done until just before Embarkation day? Like night before in port city hotel? Also, did I catch that I can make show reservations 30 days prior or was it something else? Thanx for a great video!

Correct, because Express Boarding doesn't get given until you do the health questionnaire

I watch you blog regularly. You seem to be fixed on the Icon. And I can understand why, it is the new jewel of the fleet. But, for most of us it is cost prohibitive. We are going to go from Galveston, can you do some more on Harmony or Mariner. After Carnival's newest fiasco of not honoring a reservation when they admitted a $10,000 reservation was canceled by a hacker, and they would not even refund the cost, Carnival is off limits.

It was not carnivals fault. Don't post PRIVATE booking information for all the world to see. They did offer compensation which they didn't have to do. That lady wasn't truthful on what happened in her videos.

Hi, I didn't know I had to do reservations for the shows and my cruise is in one week so there are some already sold out.I am cruising with my family so I would like to go to the shows with them.Do you think onboard I will be able to reserve the shows? Or can I enter without a reservation? Thanks

Tip #1 : don’t let your kids poop or puke in the pool. Every day a pool was closed and evacuated because of this.

Just checked: the cheapest cruise I could find on Icon of the Seas costs US$ 3700 + US$ 200 taxes (rounded-up values for solo cruisers). If I bet that money on a slot machine I would most likely hit prime at Club Royale and win at least two free cruise certificates, one of which (tier cruise) will be good for Icon next year, plus all free cruise offers that will come to my e-mail. No way I am going to pay to sail on that ship.
