In this video we are cooking Kashmiri mutton rogan josh korma on wood stove with tandoori bread in our outdoor kitchen garden in the village. This mutton Rogan josh korma is an aromatic fatty goat meat curry originated from Kashmir. This is one of signature recipe from Kashmiri cuisine. We are cooking This korma recipe with tandoori roti in our outdoor kitchen and enjoying with children and my pregnant wife. In pregnancy my wife always craves for some spicy meat curry and crunchy tandoori roti.
