During this webinar, the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery (DPENDR) and Reform and Deloitte Ireland showcased recent developments in process automation. Intelligent automation is revolutionizing process delivery in the public sector, enabling a digital transformation journey that is accessible to all.
The webinar explored two cutting-edge technologies in the Intelligent Automation Toolkit and their practical application:
1. Process Mining - used to create process visualisation and understand performance; and
2. Handwriting processing - used to extract and process data from handwritten documents.
Please note this webinar is organised by Deloitte Ireland. In 2019, DPENDR established a framework to enable all Departments and public service bodies to easily embark on their own automation journeys.
The Framework was extended in 2023, and Deloitte continues to collaborate with DPENDR and the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) to empower public service bodies to enhance their services through digital transformation and intelligent automation.
