The whole Article 202 is actually repealed under RA 11862 or Expanded-Anti Trafficking in Persons Act of 2022

This law is so vague and unclear like what constitutes offense to deceny and public? Sa iba indecent na ang naka T-Shirt ang babae (This is true in Islam). Pero sa iba, wala namang masama sa croptops and short skirts.

That's why ex. Senator Leila De Lima filed New Criminal Code to overhaul Revised Penal Code which includes removing this kind of crimes.
