I leased a 2012 SLK350, then owned a 2007 SL55, and now a 2012 SLK55 The 2012 SLK55 has a fraction of the headaches of the SL and is much more fun to drive. I am a big person so admittedly the SL was more roomy inside. What a fun beast to drive! If this is a hairdresser's car, someone hand me a pair of scissors!

The R171 is a look for the ages. No other SLK looks nearly as good. Not that I wouldn't own a newer one, I just think the R171 is a special look that will always look incredible.

Fantastic car with the badge of honour,But it's the 171 for me all day long,even the wing mirrors on the later model look stuck on however the interior is a nicer place to be.

You should probably just change the name of this video, and this channel to 'Continental'.

Get rid of those Continental tyres. The road noise they generate is truly dreadful
