"Tales From Outer Space", the tenth studio album by RPWL, the subtle art rockers from Freising, entered various charts, reached a remarkable 49th place in the German album charts and successfully put science fiction at the centre of seven great songs. This was followed by a fantastic tour in April 2019 from Glasgow via Warsaw to Basel, France and Germany with many full and sold out houses. But most important for the band was the enthusiastic feedback from the fans, who unanimously spoke of the "best RPWL tour ever".

An amazing underrated band who are woefully ignored by U.K. radio and T.V. which just continues to peddle rubbish for the masses. Thank God Radio Caroline gives them some airtime now and then.

I'm an old man and I listen music in physical formats... till mp3 archives...no more...but lately I must say: "Thanks to spotify... !" I was listening my kind of music with my eyes closed.... like random... and then ...I listened a fantastic guitar intro... I thought "wow great" and I looked my ipad... "RPWL - what I really need"... and I said...."who the hell are these???"... then... I spend all day discovering their songs. That´s my story.

RPWL - my Progressive Rock guilty pleasure. They've come a long way for a Pink Floyd cover band. This song gets off to a bit of a slow start but then it swiftly becomes a showpiece that may be the best, most authentic looking, performance video I've seen from RPWL. All the band's strengths get showcased in this song, especially the interplay between the lead and bass guitarists. Just a really great song delivered to perfection.

A mis 62 años mantengo mi admiración y respeto por los pioneros y clásicos del Rock Progresivo. Sin embargo, hay que destacar que los nuevos representantes del Neo Prog, con su gran influencia de sus antecesores, merecen un elogio a parte porque saben aplicar y mantener la magia de este hermoso e inmortal género de música que es el Rock Progresivo y, si es Sinfónico, mejor aún.

I'm an aging hard core Marillion fan from the very beginning. I just got on Spotify and discovered RPWL! Wow! I'm super impressed with their music and can't wait for more! I turned my younger brother on to RPWL who is also a huge Marillion fan and so far he likes what this band is putting out. Thanks for what you do!

Similar history of my brother and myself. He discovered RPWL and introduced me. Both huge Marillion fans. I have a luck leaving near RPWL home tow in Germany and could make many gigs since them.

Truth, I am nothing more that a person who loves music. Not being a musician, for me, is a blessing, because when I can immerse myself into all that is RPWL, and I do it frequently, it lifts the soul to a place filled with such joy, such bliss, sometimes to a point where I just want to stay right there, in that moment. In my very humble opinion, RPWL is the best progressive rock band out there today. I will not lie, I also love their Pink Floyd cover album, Pink Floyd should as well.

Just incredible performance !! Audio/ Video there is for sure lot of Pink Floyd influence (Gilmour guitar sound ) This masterpeace is their trademark what they are capable of doing with their amazing talents. Such underrated band ! Totally amazed with their music and since Pink Floyd and Genesis now one can even get close to the music they are playing!

RPWL came into my life at a time of change, after suffering a fall, my time to get up. At first I didn't understand it, but now I understand. The vibe of his music and the message of his lyrics came at the right time. Thank you for your great music and your great message! I wish this and other of his videos and other bands of this same line, had millions of views, but humanity needs to fall first to be prepared to receive a message like this. Thanks RPWL, thanks guys! You make world (inner world) a better place!

Great band! A long time ago I bought the first 4 albums because they reminded me so of Pink Floyd (who didn't...). But they are musicians and a band fully in their own right! Hope to see them live once as they are my German neighbours (I am being Dutch...) and when this Covid stuff is over...

I found RPWL about 12 months ago by Googling "music like Pink Floyd used to make". After listening to just a few of their tracks I fell in love with their music and now I can't get enough of them! I'm in Australia so don't hold much hope of ever seeing RPWL live but maybe, just maybe...

@@RPWLtv Ich habe keinen Zweifel :) I spent the first 8 years of my life growing up in both Germany and Bavaria, and at one time, German was my first language, lol. My father was in the Foreign Service and stationed both in Frankfurt, then Bonn :) Sadly, I only remember some words now, lol :)

I’ve just discovered RPWL via “ Progressive rock land “ link . I’m totally blown away by these . There awesome . I’m a huge prog rock fan ( YES GENESIS ELP etc ) . Yet I know absolutely nothing of these ! Don’t even know we’re they are from . Going to make it my business though and purchase their music ASAP . Does anyone know if they tour the U.K. ? I’d love to see these live .

Technisch ansprechendes, aber langatmiges Solieren über uninteressante, wiederholende Akkordfolgen, vorhersehbarer Liedaufbau, schlichtes Rhythmusfundament - rockt bei mir leider nicht die Bohne. Für mich (wie die letzten Pink Floyd - Produkte) kein wirklicher Prog. Schade.
