At 12:06 When Scott shot the vehicle he actually fired on the tyre which get blasted, instant release of air makes the vehicle to revolve. I know it wouldn't have much impact in reality but will have similar type accident with less impact. But this is movie, they will have to make us to release dopamine in the theatres.
