11:56 This is foreshadowed before in the movie. During Naatu Naatu song, we see Ram being the one to sacrifice for Bheem. After song ended, during their conversation, when Bheem mentioned his leg hurt, Ram asked why he continued then. Bheem responded, he didn't want to back down. he wanted to give his all to win. Ram is always the one to sacrifice to save his fellow people. Bheem is always the one to go at it alone head on, with all his might. Same is shown later in the story. Ram is sacrificed himself for Bheem and to save Ram, Bheem rescued Ram with all his might

NTR as Bheem has different shades of emotions in his character. He is pure like water, straight, innocent, fun, cute romance, protector ,helpful, bromance, emotional and furious. NTR is so natural and intense actor. He is the soul of the movie. Where's story and bgm elevates Ram character.
