The fact that you don’t get bread with pasta outside india is false. I’ve been to more than 500 Italian restaurants in us and Europe , they all serve bread.

bread with pasta is an integral part but in India very few places accompanies bread with their pasta that's because - १. Indian people aren't familiar with pasta accompaniment २. Places try to cut cost exculding bread with the meal

I have been in Italy n number of times. Except fast food places they always server bread basket especially in lunch and dinner. Also in canteen you won't get bread basket.

You’ve gone wrong in the sequence of unboxing. Always start with less complicated yet subtle flavoured meal followed by tadke masale wala meal. So here’s you should’ve started with big chill or Tres followed by Billu hut. It’s a French menu sequence - logical
