Cannot state just how much I love this series of VR games. If you have a VR headset I recommend picking them up before watching this video - genuinely some of the best VR games available. Hope everyone enjoys dying :)

Although in the lore, Phoenix is a powerful superspy, I like to imagine that whenever RT plays he's just some random drunkard that manages to get himself into the worst situations possible while on his vacation

I love the idea of a superspy agent who is constantly unsure of what to do, panicking, facing the worst problems imaginable...but stops to enjoy a nice donut that happened to be in their cabin before resuming saving the world :P.

Further context: based off the missions you can tell that she did a lot of kinesium research. At the time she also worked with the agency so she developed a way of putting kinesium into agents brains to give them telekinesis. But then she became obsessed with the idea of robot agents yet since this had flaws and because agent Phoenix (the player) became famous around this time the agency denied this idea. Because of this she left the company and began working with Zoraxis and that is where the game begins.

So that's why in the Final Mission Agent Phoenix had to stop the big kinesium from spreading some waves which would destabilize the kinesium inside the brain. A complete eradication of the Agency if that were to happen.

My headcanon for agent phoenix is that they’re immortal, but they’re incredibly incompetent at their job. Basically an average joe who somehow managed to be born to be unable to permanently die by rewinding time back to they were safe. Also before they were a agent, I liked to think they were a person who killed themselves whenever they got the lottery wrong so they always know the answer to the lottery (you would think I would call them a gambler but that’s the most cliche thing(also you would be more suspicious gambling instead of doing the lottery(and casinos I think are expensive as hell))). Handler: So what are your credentials for this job you’re most likely to die from Random guy: What’s die mean? Handler: Your hired.

The prelude and end credits always go so preposterously hard considering the somewhat lighthearted nature of the actual game, and I just have to say that I have so much respect for that. They don't have any need to go so hard and they do it anyway. Top tier.

The james bond cutscenes are so fantastic in VR, even if you've watched this video i highly reccomend you buy the game and play it yourself if you have a VR setup, theyre just that cool (and really fun games).

dude the way dan looks around during the opening song makes it so much better for some reason, I've watched the same open from a a static camera and it doesn't give the same awesome feeling. It must be the movements, like when the roof closes down right as he looks up is awesome!

The singer for the intro is Haley Reinhardt. Her voice is fantastic. Vicetone is one of my favorite DJ duos, and a few years ago they released a song called Something Strange ft Haley Reinhardt. She sounds fantastic in that song too, but in a completely different way. It doesn't even sound like the same singer. I absolutely LOVE the growl in her voice in this intro song. I need more of it!!!

This game is the only game I've ever pre-ordered. And I do not regret it at all. I had to avoid watching the intro on youtube (and this video) until I could experience it myself, and my god was it the right choice. I'm not sure if I prefer this game to 2 but they certainly are in positions 1 and 2 for best VR game, in my book
