Hi Brandon, yes I agree. But my husband feels his with ice as well, it still manages to get the job done. ☺️ maybe we’ll order the larger ice packs soon.

I believe the X-Large dimensions are a bit too long to fit the 30. The X-Large Ice pack is 16" L x 9 ¼" W and the inside dimensions of the 30 Soft Cooler is 13" L x 9 ½" W. You would think they would make one that would be exact dimensions lol

The ice packs are met to go with the ice as well. Unless ur just using ur cooler for sandwiches etc.like u would with a insulated lunch bag

Oh no, I agree a yeti is much much more better, but the rtic has been good to us. Whatever gets the job done ☺️

I don't think any of the coolers from any brand, hard or soft are really meant to be in the sun for days. Yeti even has warping issues especially with the hard coolers caused by the sun. My only issue with Rtic was that I have an 8 soft cooler and after a little over three years, the blue inside bottom is starting to come apart. One would say, hey you got three years out of it, but I probably used it maybe ten times in that period. Thinking of going to a Yeti soft because of the 3 year deal though I can be cheap and man only paying 99 for a 30 Soft Rtic sounds better than 300 for a Flip 18 lol

@@brendalove1125 You are so right, my dad bought me a cheap Coleman Dallas Cowboys soft cooler and with the Yeti Ice I get 24 hours of ice retention. Gets the job done is what counts.

@@paulcarlin5181 Hehe I like cheap, but good quality 🤦🏻‍♀️ you win some, you lose some. I guess as long as you take care of it, it should last a good while. The rtic is in great condition still, only because it’s in the closet 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 it’s hardly been used.

Hi Johnny, the first couple of days he was skeptical about it because of the size it’s very big/ heavy once filled up to carry on your shoulder. But it’s not like he carries it all day 😂 , other thing that kind of bothered him was the unzipping, it would get a bit difficult to open but after constantly opening and closing and adding more lube, it was done becoming a problem. If you live here then I recommend this cooler it’s half the price of a yeti and works just as well. My husband adds half bag of ice, and the two cold packs, drinks, and I add his lunch in there as well. You can stock a lot in this cooler. The ice will last all day and sometimes till next day. Till now it’s been a very good cooler. I recommend 👍🏽 Thanks for watching 😊
