I do agree about the money part but your payout are a little high there bud. And there was over 1600 entries. You can’t just do that in a single day lol. Everyone just wants that golden driller to put on their mantle. And I don’t blame them one bit. You gotta be good and lucky. You just don’t accidentally win a driller. And for these guys, it’s like a family vacation. Most these guys travel from out of state and spend 5 days doing what they love.

350+ other days in the year for you to put a show on. Lots of locations you can choose from. You do it and I'll buy the 1st ticket. Let us know.

@@dylancold23 im from Ohio. Been to 2 chilli bowls. Never been sicker in my life after that week.i guarantee you the promoters make a killing off these events. I agree with how impossible it is to just qualify but let's be honest, its always a stacked field. Instead of open enrollment, it should be invite only. Get 50 of the best, world wide, run it like a normal show. Nobody pays big money to see some Joe Blow out there racing. There was basically 10 years of, if your name wasn't Larson, Bell or Abreau, you should just stay home. It would be way more prestigious if it was invite only, you promoted the hell out of it with these drivers, sponsors would be all over it. Sponsors won't sink big money into anything if they don't already know the outcome of the product. If I ask you to give me 10K for a banner, and months of social media marketing...... you would ask me who is there and their chances of winning. My response would be..... idk, watch and find out. Your response would be.......... im good, good luck tho. Its a simple marketing scheme, no different then what Nascar, Indy, F1, IMSA, hell even WOO & High Limit does it. Heres the driver line up, where the event will be, grand stand seat numbers, local markets your competing against, & streaming numbers. Thats how you sell a product. The driver lineup is the product, nobody watches if its just some local show for a reason.

@@lilolme69 that's what they told Larson to do. He said watch me. 23K for a Tuesday night race. Then bought a national series. Im not saying I have the answers but I know there's a better way to go about it. Larson said peace and the purse magically increased? A guy that hasn't missed a show in over a decade, got tired of all the bullshit and publicly called it out. If I can see it from home, and been to 2 as well, and a driver like Larson knows all the secrets behind the scenes?? I know for a fact there's a better way to do it

@@cliff4695 No one is holding a gun to all the other teams and making them race in Tulsa. If they aren't satisfied they have the choice of not going just like Larson chose to not go. They all seemed really happy pulling their rigs in last week. I'm guessing everyone will be happy when they pull their rigs in for the Chili Bowl. If they aren't they should stay home. And the best part... any team that is not happy with how the Chili Bowl or Shootout is ran, has the opportunity, just like you, to start their/ your own. By the way, they just sold the Devils Bowl... they could close this one down next....
