the devs need to make to where you can actuall run high fps I mean hard ware is capable of running high fps people should get there frames they said therte will be stability mods coming with the next gen update for PC's so we will see. I have a very high end system and i want my fps thats the only thing keeping me from playing I'm waiting to see what the update really brings

@@davidfrazier6308there is a mod called high fps fix which fix physics issues when playing above 60 fps , plus mods that just unlock the framerate . So using these should be enough to get a great experience as i doubt they'll be officially included with the new next gen patch

Just use the High FPS Physics Fix. Also, open the command console and type tmm 1 to unlock all map markers, then travel to "Garden Terrace", located south eastern downtown Boston, to really test your system.

7:41 you can change the fov through the console command. just press the "~" button and type "fov 80 110". the first number is for third person and the second is for first person

Its honestly insane how similarly Starfield looks compared to fallout 4 and 76. Especially the vegetation, that was one of my biggest problems with starfield, you just clip right through everything even all these years later.

FO4 graphics have aged very well for a 2015 game. Love your videos Kryzzpy but you're wrong about F76 and Starfield, they both look much better than FO4. Starfield's aesthetic reminds me a lot of Halo: Reach.

Nope, they don't. Don't confuse graphics with art direction. You may prefer the art direction in those other games, but the graphics are effectively the same, save for some additional lighting effects that were too expensive back when FO4 launched but that can be enabled with mods.

3060Ti is much faster, better than 2080 Super. Trust me at 1080p you'll never use up 12gb VRAM. Get the 3060Ti for higher fps.

Seriously consider the vram, many games are already asking for 10 GB vram+, the Ti is more powerful (15/20%) but it is falling short for some titles, otherwise you would have to consider other similar models but with 12 GB vram or more .

I haven't, I tried it, barely improved anything and if you take a look at reviews, they are mostly negative, saying that you're better off using mods if you want better textures

When it was released i played it on my 2gb gtx 840m laptop. It ran at 20 to 40 fps yet i enjoyed it because i didn't care about frame times or fps at that time as long it ran without crashing

you can actually change the FOV by enabling and using the in-game console 'tilde' and typing fov 90 or fov 110 or fov 80

I always turn off godrays & volumetric lighting since they're such a hard FPS killer. I know they look gorgeous at ultra but it's not worth the FPS hit even on my 3060Ti.

It's always better to be GPU bound rather than CPU bound. It's more important to have a good CPU and avoid bottleneck. You can always turn down graphics settings or use upscaling (DLSS, FSR, XeSS) to help the GPU.

FoV in Fallout 4 is easily adjustable ingame, but it has to be done through Console commands, in the console just type fov 90 (change the number to whatever you want, the default is around 70)

The way the game runs too fast due to the FPS reminds me of when I tried to play first Mortyr on a modern PC, but it runs very fast and can't be fixed because the game speed is tied to the CPU speed xD. Fallout 4 will soon receive a next-gen update that will likely solve this high FPS issue.

When i started f4 launcher it did not detect my system and turned graphics to low thats fine, when i started the game i got 95 C temperature on my RTX 3060 in like 5 minutes and the fans started to spin like 2000+ RPM. what can cause this because my old computer didint have any problem and it was like really old i dont even remember the specs

Anything over about 100fps is a bad idea for any FO game, same as Starfield. I have to underclock my 3060 at 1440p to keep from totally breaking the FO4. Just started playing FO76 which is locked to 60fps and it seems too easy sometimes because I am used to playing FO games at around 100fps. I don't think your 3060 performs as well as mine. I'm usually at like 85-105 fps with ultra settings. Again, that's with an underclock. Not a big surprise that EVGA would use better binned silicon than Afox, really. I am certain I've changed the FOV in Fallout 4. I think it is one of the few display parameters you can change in game. Also, I just finished a FO4 playthrough recently and when I installed it earlier this year, the weapons debris setting was just gone and either just off or they finally fixed it. Not sure why you are still getting the option in the settings app.

On XBOX 97% of mods still work!! JUST HIT DOWNLOAD MULTIPLE TIMES. IF IT BOOTS YOU BACK TO MAIN MENU, THAT MOD SPECIFICALLY IS BROKEN. TRY GETTING EACH DLC PIECE SEPARATELY FOR MODS THAT ARE ALL IN ONE. DELETE THE FALLOUT 4 UNOFFICIAL PATCH. THATS PRETTY MUCH WHAT THE UPDATE IS ANYWAYS!!! LIKE IF THIS HELPED!! 🎉

If it’s your first time modding Fallout 4 just know that the more graphical textures & script heavy mods you input to the game your FPS will decrease

As someone who mods Bethesda games to hell like 2000+ modlists and so on, this was pretty painful to watch lmao. For FOVs you just change it through the console and there are mods and some ini tweaks you can do to fix the physics when it is 60+ fps. No idea why its not a setting within the game itself. Bethesda....Bethesda never changes. Also you only need to turn shadows down to high, that alone will give you a 20-30% boost.
