Nice video bro, I have the same build, but mine with i5 12600k do you think 8gb of vram will be good for the next 4/5 years? I only play in 1080p and I’ll keep my 3070 until ps6 comes out or rtx 50 series comes out I’m really concerned because of 8gb of vram

For 4/5years I don’t think so because far cry 6(Hd textures) & watch dogs legion uses more than 8Gb vram in 1080p max settings..how much vram will require for future proofing cant tell due to some games will be demanding more vram ..But I think you should wait for 4070 because it will be close to 3080/3080Ti performance but more power efficient..

Hey man, great video! I'm planning to buy a rig in a few months with more or less your same specs, aside from the cpu (I'll get a 12600K). But I wanted to ask you: I'll probably get 16gb of ram, and I'll definitely run Win 10 (I hate 11 and it also eats a lot of ram even at idle), so do you think that 16gb will be enough? Like for modern games too? Or should I save up a bit to buy more?

Nowadays games like hogwart legacy need 32gb ram but 16gb is probably enough but are you going for ddr4 or ddr5 ?Don’t overspend on ram ..

@@RTX3070msi I'll get ddr4 for sure. My budget would be around 1500$, but if I'll ever feel like I don't have enough ram, I could always buy like 8 more gb (dual channel) (if they still make them lol)

Have the same card with i5 12400 and i should to say that 3070 works pretty damn good always 99% gpu usage if the game have a good optimization ofc. I have a question should i change my 12400 to 13600k how performs will increase?

Yes 13600K is pretty good ,No need to upgrade right because 12400 also a good proccessor wait for new 14th gen due to it will be a new socket,I upgraded from 11400F due to bottleneck,Now bottleneck calculator shows that my 3070 is too slow for 13600K 😅.

@@RTX3070msi Same thing here. I have rtx3070+11400f too much bottleneck. You felt it too? I am playing Dead Space remake 90fps ultra 1080 but with big drops of framerate. So You decided to change for a new processor? No solution? Thanks

@@CesarTech I had issues with warzone 2 while playing in low settings but didnt had any issues while playing at high settings .I didn't tried dead space remake but I think due to some freezing issues in game maybe thats why framerate drops.

Rocking an RTX 3070 with an AMD Ryzen 7950X and 64GB RAM 2x32 DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo non RGB AMD EXPO OC profile 6000MHz CL32-38-38-96 1.40v. And currently i've got everything on Stock Default Frequencies even the RAM is at the Default 4800MHz. And the performance at 1080p on my 240Hz 1080p Monitor is really good with the 3070. I'll try to save up for a 4090Ti if i can lol with the home mortgage i'm paying lol. It'll be a challenge lol 😆

Yeah but at least get a 750w psu,I personally gone from 650w asus strix gold psu to 850w platinum.It consume around 400-450w when running cyberpunk with ray tracing.

@@mertcankzlkaya9236 no for performance but for cooling it will be ..I would recommend getting a asus tuf 3070 or msi gaming x Trio Version But if you can go for higher go for 3080 or higher due to 8gb vram isn’t enough in 2023 .
