I studied the Philippine culture before I went there. The father is the tree trunk, the mother is the branches, the children are the leaves and flowers I married my Filipina 10 years ago after being engaged for a year. I went there 6 times. I met all her family and know them well. We have a 7 year old daughter now. My Filipina wife has a heart of gold. She is beautiful inside and out. We’re both happy and blessed. Ask a passport bro how many sexual partners he has had in his life. If he is from the city you will not get the truth. The reason is he has no idea as the number for many is that high. The same now is true for many young Filipinas with access from the Internet for many years who have had many sexual partners already. Once this occurs the concept of live becomes distorted. So foreigners must be very careful as all Filipinas are not traditional and conservative.

I decided sometime ago that I was done with western women. I had many friends and work colleagues who either suggested or were married to Filpina women, so I followed their advice. I tried a couple of Filipina dating sites first but found mostly scammers. Discussing this with a work colleague who was married to a Filipina lady, he decided to introduce me to his wifes sister. We've been chatting for sometime now through video calls, she and her daughter will be joining me in a few months. I can honestly say that Filipina women really are exactly what every man wants - kind, caring, loving, conservative and genuine. It's a pity most western women have lost what it means to be a real woman!

It wasn't always that way here in America. I was 17years of age when I first visited the Philippines and at that time I had no reason to compare America women to any other women from other countries. But as I've gotten older I watched the women and the world evolve. I'm 61 years of age now and have seen the difference. The kindness has a lot of the women in the US. Career has become the main thing in my country for women. I've got no issues with a woman wanting to farther her education and career, but the I don't need a man amongst other things is what caused me to begin to compare. The people of the Philippines and Thailand never mistreated me as a black man, I was looked at as a man. And if I'm not wanted in the US I will go somewhere where someone does care about me and wants me.

I learned it’s best (as a man) to be honest about your situation, what you are looking, for and the parameters. The woman ought to do the same, and then you each decide if you want a relationship or situationship. Remember women are also vetting multiple men for the one , or the more, depending on what the woman is looking for. Trust issues tend to stem from not being honest in the first place.

The issue of passport bros goes deeper than your discussion, which I do appreciate. Here in the States, especially in the black community, modern women have all but pigeon holed men into certain categories. You have to be a certain height, you have to make a certain amount of money (the biggest issue on the topic, IMHO), and if your enter a relationship with them, they want you to pay all of the significant bills, without contributing to said household, as they continue to make their $100k/yr salary. Now, I do hold out hope that every Western woman doesn't think that way, however, much of social media would give you the impression that a great deal of them do. To put it simple, many modern women (not all) want a man with traditional values, but don't want to be traditional women to those men. In their eyes, the man is supposed to provide, protect, make sure all their needs are met, and in most of their minds, them just being there in the relationship should be good enough for the man. Meanwhile, they exude masculine traits, are uncooperative, and will tell you in a minute that you are not needed, as they are independent and have no need for a man. And that's one of THE MAIN outliers as to why a lot of men, especially Black men, are traveling to Asia and Africa to find someone who will match the "traditional" energy they exude. While I will admit that there are some guys who will travel abroad and look at women as sexual conquests, there are guys (such as myself) are genuinely looking for a wife/ life partner, etc. Besides, doesn't the Philippines have an issue with high birthrates amongst the indigenous population? It's already changed into 90/10 and in some situations it's as bad as 97.5/2.5 These women complaining are complaining about the same 10-15% of men. It's funny because I'm 41. And I remember being around 28, my boss at the time (white dude) was married to a Filipina. Of course I never asked him why, because it wasn't uncommon to see white men with Filipina wives. And when you think about American soldiers (White and Black), many of them did pair up with Asian wives over their Western counterparts. So this has been going on for some time now. It just never had a name, especially since it was pre-social media. But with Black men from America specifically, it not only has a name but also a full on opposition campaign. A guy was asking if he was out of line, for being upset when his common law wife (in the U.S.), said she wanted him to pay her 1/2 her annual salary ($50,000 US), if she got pregnant, since that is what she would lose from her income. I will guesstimate that 90% of the women posters were cheering the woman on and saying she is "entitled" to at least that much. If western women want to know why western men are going overseas to find a partner? They need only look in the mirror to see the reason. I said he needed to leave her. They are not married, they have no kids, and there is no legal obligation. If she wants him to actually PAY her for getting pregnant, then he would be a fool to stay with her. For my part, I would say I am about 90% self convinced, to prepare to move to the Philippines in either late 2023, or early 2024. I am halves on a business lease until October of 2023, and will need to sell my home and liquidate material things before making the move.

it's not even about submissiveness as much as just most women in the US being off the dating market in general, or looking for the 0.5% of the good looking or younger men, they say they want rich men but they are really looking for young studs, they get used by them but it doesn't sill expand their acceptable criteria. Filipinas are not uneducated. Most I have met in a social gathering are very intelligent. It’s a great mixture of book education and life education. If you don’t have both, you run the risk of being extremely lacking in many important areas.

I can’t agree with that totally about adapting to the dating culture in the Philippines. Because that lets any existence of my culture out. My Wife and I do not believe this is right. It must be a mixture of the two. We think it’s important to have both cultures involved, but what is different and important is what parts of the culture you are teaching the kids. Also, to be fair, not everything in Filipino culture is better. Our kids have the advantage of knowing their mother’s culture, with some of the values from mine. I've come to find many Filipinas who will treat a foreign man differently than a Filipino man when it comes to courting . A foreign man will get preferred treatment, and I think that stems from a Filipina wanting to lock the man in knowing he has more security and stability than most Filipinos can offer . I hate to say this, but the preferable features the Filipinas are looking for are European and not mongaloid but will go that way for the security and stability factor. Everyone is different and has different tastes, and I'm only reflecting on your statements in your conversation. But when I married a Filipina I was also judged that I somehow bought a mail order bride 🙄couldn't be further from the truth. One of the best decisisons I've made. 7 other of my friends did the same and only 2 had big problems but the rest we are intact:) Filipino culture and African American culture have a lot in common and the struggles we both have faced are similiar. The main reason that I want to date a Filipina, aside from their stunning beauty, is that a man making a good salary of over $40000 in the United States is not respected. I make a lot more than that but even I cannot compete with the unrealistic checklist that many western women have. I can buy a 6 bedroom house in Cebu City or Davao City for under 5 million pesos (about $100000 US) and live quite comfortably. If I choose a Filipina from a province her wildest dreams will come true. That's all that good men want to do. Fulfill their woman's dreams. Filipinas don't require a 6 bedroom mini mansion. That's just an example of how a regular guy like can compete in the Philippines where in the US we just fade out of sight. It's not anyone's fault. It's just hard economic reality. Hello from America, the problem here is most women who were in a bad relationship don't take time to heal thier mind body and soul, they jump from one to another and treat the next guy as if it was their fault. And if you don't pay for something the argument is on. I for one am scared of these women they just want to take what you have worked so hard for, True story guy meets girl, she moved in. One day they had argument. Next day she goes to court house got P.F.A against him, he got kicked out of his own house, now homeless and lost his job. I stay by myself 10 yrs now because of this mentality of these women.we have no chance because the courts believe them. If you have a child with a woman 40 to 50% of pay goes for child support.
