i know how u feel same happened to me but not a year 6 months of trying (i wasnt trying a lot i gave up) and searching up dumb videos like "keep repeating this algorithm after whatever" (it was the sexy move) i finally saw a video by ryan trahan trying to solve a cube he said he watched j perms vid so i did after that i solved f2l in beginners method but didnt know what to do to the dot case so went to the instructions i kept learning algs for like an hour then i was finally able to solve a 3x3 and now after 4 months of that happening (which is now) i learned full pll and learned a lot of fingertricks and learning some olls and kind of a good f2l (i guess) so thats why i know that if you want to do it u can do it👍👍

I have started 5 days ago and I am at level 16. I can solve it under 1:40 min each time. I have just discovered that there is something other than the bigenner method Today. I have never tried to solve it before 5 days ago.

I'm probably around lv40. I know full PLL, suck at cross, am decent at intermediate F2L with just a tiny bit of lookahead sometimes (but mess up sometimes), don't know full OLL yet. I average around 25 with a 16.18 pb

You forgot the level where they get extremely excited over getting one side right but the layer is wrong. They're like: "OMG i did one side! I did one side! This is easy! I just need to do 5 more sides and the Rubix (spelt it wrong on purpose) cube will be solved! I'm SO smart!"

I am not totally sure. Because I learnt full OLL and full PLL algs on a Rubik's brand (I don't have a speedcube during that time, so fingertricks are difficult). Sometime after I acquired a speed cube, I discovered that I had to change some algorithms that I do. I can do Pseudo slotting in some cases right now, but my F2L lookahead still needs improvement in some cases at least, I also don't know full COLL or Winter Variation anyway (hopefully this isn't going to affect my leveling). Feliks suggested that while it can be good to learn some COLL or Winter Variation algs, or even ZBLL algs, overall, it is not necessary, knowing Full COLL and Full Winter Variation may not be meaningful. If someone knows full COLL and Full Winter Variation, and they intend to do them all the time during CFOP solves whenever possible, it can slow them down, it's better to just do the OLL instead of Winter Variation, or COLL algs. It may be beneficial to learn full COLL if you are using the Roux method to solve the cube.

it's not really a good idea to learn full COLL *and* full WV, knowing a lot of WV cases means you're skipping OLL more often when all edges are oriented which means you won't be able to use COLL (unless you know a good chunk of ZBLS) common consensus is to learn only the fastes WV cases and focus more on COLL since it transitions nicely into learning ZBLL if you use the Roux method then you should use CMLL instead of COLL (CMLL allows the M slice to get "messed up" which gives you faster algs) and yes, it is absolutely worth it to learn full CMLL for any Roux user (comparable to full PLL for CFOP users I would say)

still cant find myself full oll - check full pll - check more than some imortant f2l cases ( atleast one efficient way for each case) - check not so great cross - check look ahead intermediate level - check sub 20 - check found my cubing level - not check
