I've been feeding Marlow (black and white cat) for about 2 weeks or so. He was very dirty, nervous, and clearly a stray. He's started to trust me a little bit. And Ruby's done her best to show him that this is a safe place for pussycats. Once I have his full trust, I might be able to help him some more.
