Eid Mubarak! I made this recipe today and it turned it very good. However I would recommend to reduce the spices if you are sensitive to hot/spicy. I could take extreme hot flavor and this was near on the top. Out of the hot spices, I would recommend to only add 1/2 tsp or less of the red hot chili pepper. Nothing else, otherwise you might end up throwing it away. Thank you again Auntie. I will try reducing the spices next time and see how it turns out.

Ruby Auntie, growing up, my mom always made food similar in taste and style to yours and it was amazing. I moved out of my parents' place 8 years ago not knowing how to even boil water properly. My mom would visit every few months and cook. I would ask her for recipes and she would never say this many teaspoons or tablespoons. It was always "andaza hai." I would respond there is no andaza for someone like me. Then I came across your videos during this pandemic (mom can't visit safely) and honestly, because of you, I went from not being able to boil water to cooking goat chops, achari chicken, Karai chicken, pakora wali kadhi, and even balushai! My mom is shocked. Just want to say thank you and may Allah continue to bless you and your family!.
