I must say that this baigan recipe is the best recipe ever seen ! Masala same but texture colour and look is totally different!!from other recipes because it is your style !!!!!you are technically expert in cooking!! So your recipe becomes totally different! Thanks for sharing your knowledge

We make brinjals with more or less the same ingredients but without onions & cashew nuts (will add next time). Towards the end, we add half a teaspoon of powdered dalchini -lavang-elaichi (black & green) & chopped coriander. We have this with rotis for lunch. For dinner, we cook steamed rice with green peas, large potato pieces & salt. This is added to the leftover sabzi and nicely stirred & mixed. Turmeric, dhaniya, jeera & chilly powder are added only if required, because the sabzi becomes spicier after a few hours. The oil in the sabzi is enough for the rice. After 5-10 minutes of stirring & mixing, it's done. Chopped coriander & fresh grated coconut is sprinkled for garnishing.

Actually I started to like cooking after seeing Ruby ma'am s videos only...not only her recipes...but her kitchen ware...crockery..the way she talks..m everything is just fab!!!

I tried it today and it was very delicious. My Mother-in-law said it was same taste how her mother used to make it. It was big compliment for me. Thanku so much.👍🙏
