Dough 4 cups maida 1 tb sugar 2 tb milk powder 1 t salt Mix 1 tb yeast (active yeast) 4 tb oil/ quarter cup 1 egg 1 cup and 3 tb Warm water 1 t oil to keep it moist Keep aside in a warm place Stuffing 2 tb oil 1/2 cup chopped onion Saute 1 t garlic paste Bell pepper Green onion Corn 1 pound Boil chicken shredded While boiling (chicken cube) 2 t chicken powder 1 t oregano 1 t crushed chillie 1 white pepper 3 tb maida Saute 1.5 cups Milk 1/2 t salt 1 egg and 1 t water for brushing Sprinkle sesame seeds

Love the recipe. Just one concern aunty. You shouldn’t put wax paper in the oven, you can use parchment paper. Once I put wax paper in the oven and it caught fire.

Just made this. Although I used pizza crust mix instead of made from scratch! Much quicker, specially in Ramadan and I cannot find yeast anywhere! This turns out excellent everytime I make it, and everyone thinks I bought it somewhere, cause it looks so professional
