Ap ny qormy mae kashmiri lal mirch use ki hae? And yogurt khati hu tu kum use karain?

kashmiri mirch milder hoti hai bilkul bhe taz nahi hoti agar na ho toh Serving k liye mare recipe mai agar 1 spoon kashmiri mirch hai tou substitute mai, 3/4 Deggi mirch( jo k Masala hai), ya 1/2 spoon Paprika dalna hai. or Dahi kum nahi dalnaa. Dahi ek din purana use karo, Ziyada purana Dahi katas pakad leta hai. Dood wali ki dukaan ka kundai wala dahi wo roz banatai hai vo use karo.👍
