Hi everyone! This is my covid isolation vlog. I tested positive for Covid on New Years day and it wasn’t fun. Me and my family are all ok now though but I wanted to share my experience with you all. It's so annoying that you tested positive on New Years Eve. Me and my family all got it on the last week before Christmas. What a pain this Covid is. I make a strange noise when I do a covid test too 😂 I had covid back in October and both my parents got it but my brother didn’t and thankfully we were all okay. I hope you feel better soon! 😊

Hey, I just wanted to say that I had covid a few months back and one thing I learned from it was to not think about it and tell yourself that you are going to reward yourself once you test negative. I used to order food every day and watch movies all day. Get well soon!!!!!

I got Covid in the summer when I was by myself visiting other family it went through the family really slowly and my little cousin got covid like 20 days after I did… I also had a bad temperature and headache but at the end I got a continuous cough it was like a fever for me. Loving your channel, i’m in yr 9 too. Hope all your family is good now! 💕

You know, when I went through COVID, I actually was devastated when the PCR test came back positive and cried a lot and didn't feel hungry but then literally my family hugged me and told me it was ok and wasn't my fault and I tested positive for another 2 weeks and the whole time, my family never tested positive it's crazy

Actually I got covid as well and I'm in my house, and it's really annoying cause I move a lot and I can't go to work etc. Weak as a mouse, with sore throat and stuffy nose, but it's not that bad. I'm happy you feel well and hope you go through it quickly same as your family and friends, thanks for the vid, take care Ruby :)

omg i’m so sorry! i was positive on antigen rapid test and my line came up straight away as well! i took a pcr test and it came back positive :( i. know how you feel!

covid sucks, but a reminder guys that you're not meant to swap your cheeks, you need to swap your throat/ tonsil if doing a test thats throat and nose and try to avoid having the swab touch your tongue and cheeks to avoid getting anything else on the sample that could mess with the results

you should follow the nhs advice on this. In my experience it did take a day for the lateral flow to show positive. Then when it does it shows all the time x

My cousin and his family flew to New York for Christmas and he (my cousin) tested positive for covid on Christmas Eve and a few days later his mum and brother tested positive YET MY UNCLE (his dad) AND MY GRANNY WITH ASTHMA ( idk how to spell it lmao ) but I hope your all better by now
