Economic reforms, however tame they may be, coupled with positive impressions of corruption reduction have done a lot of good for India. Even Chinese companies like Xiaomi are manufacturing phones in India now. It can't all be coincidence.

in each and every lecture of this kind, there are always these 2 questions, Chinese human rights and China's debt. for 20 years. so fascinating..

China debt is a problem. But it is managable.

Exceptional in impartial analysis for an Indian but average perception. If debt is a problem for China it is a greater problem for Japan, EU, and US. The only thing saving US is the Petrodollar that allows US to print money.

Say that you are correct about the petrodollar propping up US debt. That isn't a savior, it is the US economy responding to its' environment. It is a market condition, not a fortuitous happenstance. Japan is certainly vulnerable due to debt, but they also have a mature, stable economy. I think the EU and China have much in common, not just debt, but the amount of bad debt.

China will never have a debit crises as most economic activity is government owned and controlled . It is like transferring cash from left pocket to right pocket of the same person so we’re is the problem?

Mr Sharma when looked closely in the initial introduction seems to be blushing unusually. He needs to be listened carefully for his consistency in the world views and rightful analysis.

donno how anybody takes this sharma seriously. Should conduct a check on the incense stick story he gave...75% of the stuff comes from Vietnam...? I heard someone else say 90% of this stuff comes from china... such data seem like SM sourced... agarbathi (incense sticks) making is a cottage industry all over south india… but yes today's agarbathis are pathetic in terms of fragrance - so it could be true that this too is what we disdainfully call "china kuppai" (Chinese junk - in tamil) :-) - too bad... but seriously people like this speaker make every thinking indian hang their head down in utter shame... too bad that types like him gain positions of importance... painful... right from his gravelly voice... convent schoolgirl like speaking - does not even conclude his paragraphs/sentences properly...and jumps from one to next topic...just uses bombastic words... he talks of authoritarian regimes (whatever...! is he suggesting that india is an authoritarian regime - because of his modi hate) quite sad. . In these corona/covid times he sits somewhere and continues to make such gdp.. economics...growth etc type of talk... at least the china made pandemic should open peoples' eyes and shut their mouths...

very easy to type these words...! by now I think the poor of india's villages know to differentiate what they hear from what they experience... you can watch the preelection 2019 videos by channels that are 100% anti Modi... they interviewed those classes from whom they expected ultra negative inputs on Modi 1.0... and they ended looking so shamefaced - they had no choice but to show to the audiences what the people actually felt... they were forced to take the exit polls on May 19th very seriously... and the exit polls were proved true on May 23 2019... :-) that was some acting...for the likes of those who type such words. Writers of the kind in this video only write already known... obvious facts... high minded opinion...etc which has failed in every area in which he has had an opinion… too bad...
