@FeralSheyl818 now this is how parents train there brats to grow up now a days This is very disrespectful for the Troops and there horses. These brats should be made to join the service and taught to respect there elders, animals, and a Trooper on her horse. This trooper seems like a very nice lady, you can tell when the children who are in a wheelchair, mentally challenged, blind, she moves the horse closer to them, I know the other troopers do it also. There’s not really any rule saying they can’t touch the horses. But I agree they shouldn’t be allowed to because so many so many people just do not know how to properly interact with them.

I am astonished parents put their infants and small children up to a horse that has a sign it might kick or bite them. One kick or bite could do a lot of damage. That goes for everyone of course. Stupid, stupid people.

As with a guide dog - considered a working dog - you are not to touch. Why isn't that a rule with these horses? I understand the great desire to pet a horse (having had one for many years) but these are working horses. Don't touch.
