I did this for 17 years & LOVED it! The company I worked for made 'high end designer rugs'. We made rugs for the White House, the Governor's Mansion, Callaway Gsrdens and several well know public people and business owners.

incrível esse trabalho, o resultado é muito bom e parece divertido. Adoraria experimentar. A curva de aprendizado pode parecer suave, mas desconfio que um pouco de prática será necessário para desenvolver projetos de boa complexidade. Grata por postar.

This is nice. The first day and they can make that, brilliant. If I may ask, what is the barking material used? I have been using this handtufting gun for a while now, but the problem I have is the barking material. As a textile Engineer, I have been researching on the best barking material but I haven't got the right one. Most barking materials available tend not to work well with adhesives, and when they came in contact with water, it falls apart overtime.

i'm looking to purchase one of these guns and i cant figure out if these students are using cut or loop. It seems like some of the students dont have to cut their yarn as they use the gun which is what i'm looking for. does anyone know?

My mother did this 50 years ago by hand with a hand punch needle. It had a bulbous wooden handle.

they don't seem to cut the yarn at the end of their line

@@tufttheworld I saw only one person take a scissors and snip the yarn after finishing tufting a row from bottom to top. the rest seem to go from bottom to top and than simply swing their tufters to the bottom again without cutting the yarn at the top of the tufted row.
