The biggest ever was no doubt the tackle Joost van der Westhuizen took on Jonah Lomu during the 95 World Cup, that in my opinion was what took the wind out of the All Blacks on the day, they would have won if it was not for that tackle and the subsequent drop goal of Joel Strandsky in the dying seconds of the match. Both of them lost the fight for life and departed as friends RIP. lala kahle.

I still remember that Matthew Tait try saving tackle as if it was yesterday. No one at Welford Road could believe the pace of his covering run at the time and then his ability to tackle the player beautifully in to touch.
