No music, no talking, just making a Mario Mushroom Rug from start to finish!
My 7th rug tufting video - but the first in my new rug studio! I've recently changed location and I'm now making rugs in a dedicated rug space which is great! It still needs a bit of paint on the walls but overall functions much better as a place to make rugs.
Any questions you have about the processes seen in this video drop it down below and i'll do my best to give you the answer.

Wow this brings me back in art class when one of the projects is to make a rug. However we had to do it the old school way with a non powered hand tool. Man that project took forever

Thanks man! Yeah it’s a yarn winder you can get them on Amazon, and if you pause the video at the right time you should be able to see the full brand name when it’s in front of the camera :)

How do you manage to do the small areas if you can't see it? Like eyes etc?

The gun has adjustable speed settings so I tend to do the more detailed sections at the slowest possible speed, and then keep checking that I haven't gone over the lines etc as I go :)
