19:09 The reason he doesn't go up the ramp is because he made the mistake of tossing down the dark swarm. Soma only has one melee unit--a lurker. Ruin has 4 zealots and a HT. This means throwing down the dark swarm was a huge error because it can only work against the Zerg player. His hydras will be unable to damage the zealots in the swarm, while the zealots will be able to damage the hydras. He should have waited to throw down the swarm until the zealots were dead--either that or bring some lings.
