Mounting a Quad cam V8 into a car that was designed for a straight 6 isn't always easy, In this Hakosuka's case we have had to modify quite as few things including a complete different crossmember and steering setup and a few minor cuts of the transmission tunnel to fit the TR6060 transmission.
It's only an old Datsun right?

100% agree I lost my buddy 2 weeks ago and would have been turning 12 on the 14th of October. Open your heart to a dog and world becomes so much better

Pups dig the deepest holes in our heart. Lost one of mine last year and I still choke up walking past his favorite shady spot in the back yard. It never gets any easier. Condolences Al 😔

I lost 1 of my Ridgeback's to cancer last year, it broke my heart and I cried like a baby. Funny thing is I've never cried at the death of any family members that have died over the years but when you're best friend (second to the wife) dies that hurts on another level! My thoughts are with you and your family 👍

So sad to hear about your dog. I was devestated when my sister's dog died. Cannot imagine how you and your family must feel. That opening pun was... something else. I'll give you that. Also thanks for getting the merch parcel out this fast. It's been not even two weeks and it's already in Germany. Let's just hope German postal service doesn't take another 2 weeks. Which is entirely possible...

RIP Rumbles. I just lost my dog Rubicon at 8 to a heart attack. Just out of the blue. I prayed to God I could get another few days with him and he made it when they thought he would pass in the night, he was cleared to come home. I loved the hell out of him. And two days later he could walk or control his bladder or bowels so I had to say goodbye. I had just got a puppy too and he loved her. She was separated from her mother to early and stimulated her ability to potty, slept with her, and groomed her. He was a good boy and my life is less without him. Love you buddy.

Silly tip for you, when using wood blocks to find spacing a fitment. Take the piece of wood, and give it a good single wrap with Gorilla Tape. When you cut a piece of wood that small, and have any weight or tension applied to it, it’s likely going to crack on the grain. The tape wrap keeps that from happening. Figured I’d share, seeing you’re working with some pretty serious components you probably don’t want slapping the floor.

Is there a plan for the rear suspension? It looked like semi trailing arms similar to the datsun 1600s, high powered 1600s AFAIK try to reduce the sweep angle and therefore negative camber gain under bump / squat so they don't lose traction, given the power this will make I imagine the same will happen with this.
