The plaintiff claims the defendant locked him out of their shared apartment, and the plaintiff had to hire a locksmith to get back in, so he’s suing for the cost. The defendant insists he let the plaintiff stay with him, but the plaintiff didn’t actually live there. The defendant is countersuing for defamation of character and damaged property.

I think this is the CRAZIEST turnaround case that I have ever seen on here!! I was speechless after this case ended, and immediately watched it a 2nd time!! I am SO glad that the crazy ass plaintiff got a big fat zero and had to pay the $5000 max!! He deserved that and more for psycho boy's crazy actions!!! I KNOW he was responsible for that disgusting mess in the apartment, and I am also SURE that he dumped that other guy's mother's ashes in the toilet!! I REALLY hope the defendant was able to speak to the prosecutor, show him this tape, and his evidence and that he actually pursued it to a conviction! This guy is DANGEROUS, with a capital D through S!! I wish we would find out an update on this!!!

You know your last statement reminded me of something that happened to me a few years ago. I watched someone who I truly considered a friend beat their employee mercilessly for a simple mistake. I didn't say nothing to stop them from doing it, anyway a few months later this friend beat me unprovoked 😅. I learnt a big lesson sometimes we see people we care about do terrible things, thinking they would never do that to us

Maybe she would have only given him $1, I don't know. She's usually pretty fair though. But I'm glad he got nothing. Way to go, JM, for reprimanding that guy for the gum. I agree, SO RUDE. Nobody has manners anymore. You can see darts flying out of the defendant's eye. Hilarious!!! That being said, the plaintiff is an evil man. His behavior is deplorable. The guy Harvey interviewed is a horrible person as well. Anyone who says things like that is hateful. I wouldn't even want to stand beside him.
