Yeah, let's talk about that. One of the things that really bums me out is a video with otherwise high production values but sounds like one or more of the participants has a bucket over his head so that I have to really focus on listening instead of understanding. This is not a problem with Rule Investment videos. And Albert and Rick both speak English well and do not present a challenge to undrestand.

Great Interview. I enjoy the depth. For the next interview I would be very interested in the relationship of NPV to EV of a company. Rick often talks about guessing the net präsent value compared to the enterprise value. What is an acceptable ratio to Rick? When to buy (>2?). When to sell (

An aspect of streaming as mentioned here is very vaguely reminiscent (to me) of the reverse repo market, the streams being able to be bought back later with a premium.

Amazing value here! Yet again. I need to listen again, this time with pen and paper. It would be really interesting to hear Rick’s insights on evaluating royalty and streaming companies! I own a few, but I feel like I need to know more about them, especially to evaluate the smaller ones.

brilliant, but I both studied Accounting in another career (so yes a tad interesting even those boring finance bits) and am also a reasonable holder in a company going through this exact phase at this point in time with gold / copper / silver historic drilling projects progressing towards DFS / FID

As a student value investor, when making adjustments to NAV, does mr rule have any insight on how to properly adjust the PPE. particularly, how does one value a conpany’s property like their mineral rights/acreages own etc. Thank you

I thank you so much for replying back to your viewers. I’m trying to value a particular mining company’s land ownership. They own several acreages over several states and I’m trying to value what their replacement cost would be. Again amazing series and inspiration. Tony

@@rickrule6947 One example of that comes to mind: Troilus Gold. They claim to have 350MUSD worth of "inherited infrastructure" for which they don't need a lot of capital to take it into operation. Are you saying that this 350M could be a lot less in reality?

Fury Gold was massively over-capitalised at establishment for a junior explorer. Huge amounts were squanded on nothing (ie. "managent expenses....."), so that it ran out of funds having done nothing of value for investors. Result = equity raises and sale of assets required just to continue existance.
