Treatment I'm doing this Self ruqya plan below:
Recite all these verses Surah Fatiha, Surah Falaq & Naas you can also add Surah Taha 68-70, Araf 117-121 and Yunus 81:82 (verses mentioning nulifying the magic Moses and Pharoah story) do this for 30 minutes a day with the intentions above, then blow into your hands and wipe your body, and blow into water, olive & blackseed oil and honey. Mix the honey with Water you recited on, drink on an empty stomach daily, drink olive oil, and wipe it over your body before bed. Drink blackseed oil unless you have low blood pressure, then don't as this lowers blood pressure, then just rub it on your body. Drink the water and bathe in the water as much as you desire. Continue until you don't react to ruqya diagnosis anymore. Pray Salah, recite adkar and Repent daily!
