Regarding your explanation, if you wake up just before sunrise by minute or 2, you mentioned the Fard take preference first and afterwards then wait 10 to 20 minutes and pray Sunnah of Fajr. But from the questions posed, if one wakes up 2 minutes before sunrise in the case of one performing Wudu or do Ghusl which will then takes time...., your answer was you perform Wudu or do Ghusl and pray the Sunnah of Fajr first and then the Fard after. Can you please elaborate, how is the explanation and the answer different because according to my understanding the same question the man asked is the same explanation you gave, how then the answer different from the explanation. I have a question, something which always disturbs me, I witness people coming to a congregation prayer while the fard prayer had already started, they don't join the jamaa, instead they first pray two rakaa and later join the jamaa,what's the ruling here?
