Surah Al-Isra' (bahasa Arab:الإسرا, al-Isrā, "Perjalanan Malam") adalah surah ke-17 dalam al-Qur'an. Surah ini terdiri atas 111 ayat dan termasuk golongan surah-surah Makkiyah. Surah ini dinamai dengan Al-Isra yang berarti "memperjalankan di malam hari".
Surah ini dinamakan pula dengan nama Surah Bani Israel dikaitkan dengan penuturan pada ayat ke-2 sampai dengan ayat ke-8 dan kemudian dekat akhir surah yakni pada ayat 101 sampai dengan ayat 104 di mana Allah menyebutkan tentang Bani Israel yang setelah menjadi bangsa yang kuat lagi besar lalu menjadi bangsa yang terhina karena menyimpang dari ajaran Allah SWT. Dihubungkannya kisah Isra dengan riwayat Bani Israel pada surah ini, memberikan peringatan bahwa umat Islam akan mengalami keruntuhan, sebagaimana halnya Bani Israel, apabila mereka juga meninggalkan ajaran-ajaran agamanya.

Quran 17:1 refers to God's Messenger of the Covenant, Rashad Khalifa, and not Muhammad, as thought by majority. Rashad Khalifa quoted : "During my Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, and before sunrise on Tuesday, Zul-Hijjah 3, 1391, December 21, 1971, I, Rashad Khalifa, the soul, the real person, not the body, was taken to some place in the universe where I was introduced to all the prophets as God’s Messenger of the Covenant. I was not informed of the details and true significance of this event until Ramadan 1408. What I witnessed, in sharp consciousness, was that I was sitting still, while the prophets, one by one, came towards me, looked at my face, then nodded their heads. God showed them to me as they had looked in this world, attired in their respective mode of dress. There was an atmosphere of great awe, joy, and respect. Except for Abraham, none of the prophets was identified to me. I knew that all the prophets were there, including Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Aaron, David, Noah, and the rest. I believe that the reason for revealing Abraham’s identity was that I asked about him. I was taken aback by the strong resemblance he had with my own family-myself, my father, my uncles. It was the only time that I wondered, “Who is this prophet who looks like my relatives?” The answer came: “Abraham.” No language was spoken. All communication was done mentally." (End Quote) And who is better qualified to prove such prophecy and its authenticity but Elias himself, the reincarnated Elijah, by God's authority. Moreover such fact is verified by God's Signature, the Miracle Code 19, that bears God's attributes, the First(1) and the Last(9), Alpha(1) and Omega(9), the Beginning(1) and the End(9), the Outermost(1) and the Innermost(9). Ponder over God's Word from the Quran and His Miracle Code 19, Most glorified is the One who summoned His servant (i.e. Rashad Khalifa aka God's Messenger of the Covenant) during the night, from the Sacred Masjid (of Mecca) to the farthest place of prostration,* whose surroundings we have blessed, in order to show him some of our signs.
