Okay, I have to change my well-established opinions about Demi Moore. The care and compassion she is displaying for her ex-husband and father of her children is deeply moving. I hope this whole blended family continue to find strength and support in each other as they navigate the challenges ahead.

It is wonderful to see an ex-wife and current wife be so accepting of each other. We all thought Bruce and Demi would be forever. It’s such a testament to true love that, although they are no longer married, they are still attached in sickness and in health. It’s even more special because Emma is now Bruce’s wife, but has accepted Demi as a permanent fixture in her husband’s life and has welcomed her into her own life as a friend and co-warrior to stand by Bruce during this trying time. They have blended their families into one cohesive unit. How nice it would be if more people could be this kind and devoted to each other. Bruce needs all the support and love available. These two women are teaching society that even though marriages fail, lifetime commitments don’t have to follow. All their children will be able to follow their example. It is so sad to see this happening to Bruce. Thankfully, his life will be calmer thanks to the acceptance, understanding and love that everyone has for each other

People seem to forget that even after divorcée and separate lives two people that have children together still hold that love. The father of my children is dying from cancer. It’s painful that nobody even thinks that this is sad for me. It’s as if even my children forget how they got here. We both loved each other very much. He was my high school sweetheart. It just stuns me.

I can totally relate to their relationship which has transformed over the years. I have a similar relationship with the father of my son, which is precious not only to my son but also my stepdaughters and one grand child. The family unit has survived our evolving relationship; from mariage to separation, divorce and friendship. Long life to it. And how amazing that Bruce Willis is able to receive the support from both his wife and his best friend/ex! A time in his life when he needs so much care. I rejoice in the way that all members of the family have overcome their Ego and have transcendentally raised above pettiness to help one another. It is not what we normally expect to see of a divorced couple so this is really refreshing to see. I would do this for my ex husband in a heartbeat. We still love each other, just in a different way now. He is a wonderful dad to my son, even though he was his stepfather from when my son was 5. He is the one who taught Daniel to ride a bike, to tell the time,to tie his shoelaces, who took him fishing. We haven’t been married for 20 years and he is who my son rings for Father’s Day (not the sperm donor who hasn’t bothered with him for 5 years) as he has still been my son’s dad. My ex husband and I had 2 stillborn children together, which were my boys only siblings, and that just increased the bond as my ex husband is the father of my sons brother and sister who he wanted so badly and didn’t get. My gorgeous ex hubby remembers his birthday, he loves him as his own son, and I love my ex husband for that so much. He has no legal obligation to my boy, but to him he is just his son. We didn’t work out but my boy got a wonderful dad. Thank you Tony, we love you. So yes, I would be there for him always! He was the first one to ring me for my birthday last week, bless him. We are closer now than when we were married, and he has a wonderful wife who is not threatened by Daniel and I and has joined us for family occasions. I think she’s perfect for him and am so pleased that he found her. It has taken a while,for,us to get to this point, it wasn’t good at first, but over time you forget the crap and concentrate on the good and are grateful for that person in your life.

Look, no two relationships are the same, just like no two people are the same. My partner and I realized earlier this year that while we are a great parent team, we are not lovers anymore. We are best friends. So instead of dragging our kids through a messy separation we decided to stay together in the house, as housemates, so we both can fulfil our duties as parents. It just feels much better, much clearer now. Before I always wondered if there was something wrong with me. Of course it's sad, and I cried, because I wanted our relationship to work. But I still love him as my best friend, my harshest critic, the father of my children. Love is love, one is not better than the other.

This is beautiful! Growing up my parents put my sisters and I through hell literally for 20 years after they divorced. I always promised my kids that no matter what their dad and I would be good and remain friends. 15 years later, we’re closer than ever. I wish more people would put their shit aside for the kids. We live 10 minutes apart, celebrate holidays together and communicate almost daily. Blessed!

I seen Bruce is always there for Demi when she going through her break up with her exes n vice versa for Bruce . N now Demi is there for Bruce in sickness as well . Nothing wrong with that . When things didn’t work out whatever the reasons maybe both weren’t perfect but they have kids together and family don’t have to break up either .
