It makes some sense if every rival died or goes missing. People would find it strange that Taro would be the last person they interacted with the most. Also, in most murder cases, cops would always look at the partner (or person they like) first as most of the time, it would be them.

Actually the Raibaru's one is not a rumor, it's already confirmed by yandev himself. Raibaru actually wanted to leave the martial arts club from a long time but she can't because of her winstreak, and then she was defeated by Budo. But I think it will be more interesting if the rumor about Raibaru is that she's letting herself to be defeated by Budo so that she can finally quit martial arts :D

I feel ayano’s rumour can be both an advantage and disadvantage here; Advantages: Less suspicion and Senpai could find something about her being shy and an innocent person attractive and a lot of people including admirers would believe her Disadvantage: Target for bullying and bullies and admirers will witness her when she does something suspicious. This is just my opinion, but considering what I've learned from her story, I think it would be interesting if Megami's dark secret was that she is a lesbian. Think about it, a cold grandfather and father who only see her as a tool to continue the family legacy, a brother who is jealous of her to the point of wishing her dead, boys like Kaga Kusha who only get close to her because of her name. and power of her family. In her entire life, Megami has never been close to a decent male figure, so it's no surprise that she doesn't have good relationships with men and is using Taro to take down Ayano. And going deeper into this matter, it would be an extremely interesting secret that the heiress of the most powerful company in Japan is a lesbian... A secret that Megami would hide.
