Run a Myelin My Shoes (RAMMS) is a team of MS Warrior and MS Supporters. We are all affected by Multiple Sclerosis in one way or another and it is our mission to show the world it is possible to exercise and remain active, despite a disease that compromises mobility. We meet once a year at a running/walking event where we spread awareness of the disease and encourage others with MS to do what they can and never give up!
