Neste dia 10 de Agosto de 2023, fomos até à propriedade de António Ferreira para ver enjaular os touros que iriam estar na tourada da Freguesia das Quatro Ribeiras a realizar no mesmo dia duas horas depois. Nos currais já vossos conhecidos, no do lado direito da estrada foi enjaulado o touro 89 e no lado esquerdo os touros 177, 163 e 117. É um trabalho sempre com algum perigo, pois nos currais, ao passar pelas paredes, os homens tem de ser rápidos e não podem parar a meio porque alguns touros costumam trepar e com o focinho podem empurrar o homem para o outro curral. Vale a prática e o conhecimento dos touros, pois geralmente já sabem quais os que fazem isso.

JAF cattle ranch. On this 10th of August 2023, we went to António Ferreira's property to see the caged bulls that would be in the bullfight in the Parish of Quatro Ribeiras to be held on the same day two hours later. In the corrals you already know, the one on the right side of the road bull 89 was caged and bulls 177, 163 and 117 on the left side. Men must be fast and not stop halfway through the walls, because some bulls tend to climb and with their noses they can push the man to the other corral. Practice and knowledge of the bulls is worth it, as they usually already know which bulls do this.
