When you're driving the truck, don't think of it like the wheels are propelling you forward. Imagine that there is a rocket booster behind the vehicle, pushing it forward. It helps you come to terms with its propensity to flop out of control like, well, a rocket. As for the reverse trike, I don't even know. It drives sideways half the time..it's like playing Big Rigs.

Exactly, I still think the bike could be way better, for me it's just frustrating sometimes, but the truck is awesome, it really is all-terrain... A lot of times I plotted a route on foot but when I came across a lost truck I would give it a go and for my surprise it was pretty much capable of traversing that route, even through rough/steep terrain, then I'd find myself going through that area in an instant

Kelvin, Yeah, there’s always room for improvement. I just like a challenge and the Reverse Trike gives me that sense of challenge. I’m weird like that though, to give you an idea of how weird, my favorite game before DS is The Last Guardian and people complained and had nothing but troubles with that game. I went through it with none of the issues others experienced.

@@magnamic5614 Oh god, don't even mention The Last Guardian, it was a complete nightmare, I've never been so angry in my life playing game that game. Just had to finish it in a rush to not waste the money spent on it, but gladly I managed to trade with someone for another game

@@edepot There is a special version of the Reverse Trike you can get from a Memory Chip. It's even got special voice lines when riding it.

@@callmeinstead I don't think it's faster. You just have the autonomy of the long range bike and the possibility of loading cargo on the bike like the normal bike. Plus the aluminium coating, etc.

Gotta do wheelies almost constantly when you're driving on rocky terrain. If not, it's like it magnetizes towards the nearest rock and sticks to it.

Watching vids seeing people drive on rough terrain with the trike or truck, like it was a flat plain. Meanwhile my vehicles hit every crack and bump as if they were solid walls. Frustrating to no end. Havent watched this vid yet, but it feels like the best mode of transport, efficiency wise, is the speedlegs with 2 Floaters. Run Run Run. Its quite easy to destroy the vehicles. Its stupid easy to dispatch MULES and BTs. Lol. You can even boost out of the oil as the oilmen reach and flail for you. Bolo gun the oilmen, oil puddle disappears. Thats pretty cool. This game is amazing, and boring, and exciting at the same time. Its so wierd lol. I havent even stepped on snow yet, logged in 30 hours. Porter lv 142. Got the Highway fully built in the central region. Bout to do the rescue mission of that girl that sounds horrible and cant act. from the junker. So much idk what to expect. Unfortunately (watching Dr. Who right now and as I typed "unfortunately", a big green soldier said "unfortunately" at the exact same moment.....trippy) im playing in offline mode atm, and im happy to reveal that all the other player constructions like gennys and timefall shelters, ladders, bridges, anchors, safehouses, are somehow still loaded into my game. So thats a major plus.

@@killwalker The only time I used the floaters was when I was when I had no choice, for a premium delivery. I haaated it. Oh, and I skated down a mountain and died comically over and over, which was pretty fun. I just had really good luck with driving, especially the bikes. I even rode a bike up the treacherously rocky slopes east of Port Knot City. Just make sure you wheelie when you're in rocky terrain, and NEVER bike jump..because it's like cargo suicide. It's cool that you can still see peoples' structures even when you're offline. It's such a crucial part of the game!

Paragon Bytes, Ok, thanks. That’s what I thought cuz I thought I could do the same and was disappointed when I found it didn’t work. Makes sense though when the game is about getting people to work together. Message to all Porters out there: on the roads, put boosts! Put at least one boost!

"In this one, you'll have to carry a bottle of wine, so you can't use vehicles or zip lines!" "This delivery is chilled...........yeah, it'll probably be damaged by the time you accept the mission."

How do you get adrenaline surge

@@edepot Gane explains it in the beginning of the game. I can't say 100% this is true but this is what I've experienced on PC. I have 67+ hours, on chapter 6 and player on very hard. At the beginning of the game the adrenaline surge gives you temporary unlimited stamina and seemingly run much faster. After fighting mules Sam will buckle over catching his breath and his stamina would almost be 0. I also would get knocked out in 2 hits from a spear. Where I'm at now I dont get the unlimited stamina anymore, Sam doesn't catch his breath, it take much less hit to knock out Mules, and I can take more hits even with no armor. This could be to Porter grade and I think the adrenaline surge like in real life once your used to something you don't get it.

@@edepot also on an unrelated note I have been desperately trying to record it but its so damn rare, I keep sing this orange dressed think (person) who crouches near tall grass and as soon as the edge if your screen hits it, it jumps in the grass and disappears. Im not crazy lmao and its so rare I run out of recording space.
